Sign upwards during the Early Bird onwards. Very Early Bird participants volition not receive the special discount.

Yous must be an Indonesian denizen and provide the relevant documents (eg. Photo ID or passport stating your nationality) to the race organisers at race kit collection. Any participant who uses the 10% discount but fails to provide their proof of citizenship will not be allowed to collect their kit.

KEY TERMS & CONDITIONS

The race is open to athletes of all nationalities

Participants must be 18 years old on 16 August 2020 to compete in IRONMAN lxx.3 Bintan 2020
Historic period category is determined by the participant's historic period on 31 December 2020

The Organisers will not be responsible for any disputes arising from incomplete and/or incorrect entry details given by the participants

Cancellation & WITHDRAWAL POLICY

Athletes confirmed in the race who wish to withdraw must do so in writing to the Race Function.
It is the athlete'south responsibility to ensure the race part has received whatever advice. All requests will be responded to in a timely mode. Upon confirmation of this request, athletes are eligible for a partial refund as follows:
Whatever requests received before 17:00 (SGT) Mon 16 March 2020 will be eligible for a 50% refund of issue entry fee paid.
Any requests received earlier 17:00 (SGT) Thursday 2 July 2020 will be eligible for a 25% refund of effect entry fee paid.
Any requests received after 17:00 (SGT) Thursday 2 July 2020 will not exist eligible for a refund nether any circumstances.
